Can I return my custom item?

All custom sales are FINAL.

No returns or refunds are offered for custom items. Custom items
are personalized entirely to your measurements and specifications, and cannot be resold (or have their parts restocked).

If you believe you’ve encountered a defect, email me photos or videos of the issue, and we can discuss a solution that will work for you.

Can I make a change to my item after my design has been finalized?

Production begins as soon as your product is ordered. If you want to make any changes mid-production, such as switching up the color scheme or overall design, you can do so for an additional $100 fee. Mid-production changes can only be done once, and may delay production time.

If your product has already been changed once, and you want to make additional changes, you will need to place a completely new order and pay for a new top.

Can you repair my custom item?

Yes, depending on how much repair is needed. Over time and with use, it is normal for one or more items on your custom product to loosen, and you can easily do small repairs yourself. However, if you crack or lose a piece, or need significant repair due to an accident, I may be able to fix it for you for a fee.

I want an item that looks like one from another company, can you do that?

I do not create copies or imitations of products from other companies. All custom items are made within my own design style.

How do I take care of my custom item?

Your beautiful items are delicately-crafted and should be handled with care. Do not drop. Do not store outside. Keep out of reach of children and your furry family members!

Silicone products are fully waterproof but not intended for vigorous swimming or motion. Rinse only, by hand, and spot clean gently as needed, with gentle soap. Hang to dry.

How soon will I get my custom item?

Production time for custom items is noted on the individual product pages. If you need your product rushed, you can choose the “rush” option when you order. Shipping time depends solely on the shipper and shipping method.

What is your shipping policy for custom items?

Shipping methods are chosen by the customer at checkout, and cannot be changed after your order is placed.

If ordering from outside the U.S., please make sure your customs info is correct. You are responsible for any customs fees and additional shipping fees that may incur if your customs info is not correct.

Double sets include two shells in the color(s) of your choice.

Single shells include one shell in the color of your choice.

Each shell will be a single, solid color. I currently do not offer multicolored shells.

Available shapes: Lion's Paw, Ammonite Nautilus, Calypsea Octopus, Abalone, Clam.

Lion's Paw and Abalone shells work best with cup sizes AAA-D.

Clam shells are recommended for cup sizes DDD and up only. They are
specifically made for larger sizes and will not work well with smaller
sizes.

You cannot attach silicone shells to fabric (or anything else) without a silicone-based adhesive - click here for Silpoxy adhesive. If you try to attach silicone shells with a non-silicone adhesive, it will not work, and you risk denaturing/melting the silicone. If this happens, you will need to order new shells.

Shell production begins as soon as your order is placed.

If you need to change the color of any shells, you may request a color change within 24 hours of ordering. Otherwise you will need to order new shells.

Current production time for shells is 1-2 weeks.
